Camelot Limousine Service, LLC

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to services rendered by Camelot Limousine to its customers, unless otherwise previously agreed to by the parties in writing:

 

            1. Payment Terms.  Payment of our Fee (as defined below) for services rendered will be due immediately upon completion. 

 

2.  Fee. Our Fee will include the base fare (point to point rate), gratuity, tolls (set rate by trip) and any Additional Charges (defined below) incurred in accordance with Camelot’s current rates and charges at the time the services are rendered. The base fare will be increased to reflect upgraded vehicles such as an SUV, a 6 or 8 passengers Stretch Limousine or other specialty vehicle. The gratuity will be charged on all Additional Charges other than charges required by law, such as sales tax. In addition, hourly rates by vehicle type are available for minimum trips of 3 hours in town and 5 hours out of town calculated from the time of pick up to return to base station portal.

 

3.  Additional Charges. Additional Charges as directed by customer or as incurred, may include Surface Transportation Surcharge (“STC”), Fuel Surcharge (“FS”), stops on and off route, holiday surcharge (New Year’s Eve PM, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve PM, Christmas), early AM surcharge (12AM – 6AM), car/booster seat, beverage service, parking/baggage fee (as directed and adjusted per hour), wait time (by vehicle type and per hour to next 15 minutes) following applicable Grace Period (5 minutes generally, 1 hour domestic flights or 2 hours for international flights) and all charges required by applicable law such as sales taxes or the Black Car Fund (2% charge required by NY law).  

 

4.  Cancellation Policy.  Customers will be charged the Fee in the event they fail to show up within applicable Grace Periods or they cancel their scheduled services and the vehicle is on location within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick up or the vehicle is on route within 2 hours of scheduled pick up.  Customers must notify us within 15 minutes of being unable to locate our vehicle at the scheduled pick up time.

 

5.  Lost Property/Property Damage/Limitation of Liability. Camelot Limousine will not be liable for lost or misplaced personal property or any other items left in its vehicles by customers. Customer will be liable for any damage caused to the vehicle by their actions. In no event, will either Party be liable, to the other, for incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive, special or indirect damages, substitute procurement, lost business profits, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach or failure of warranty or otherwise, even if the Party has been advised as to the possibility of same, except as otherwise provided by law.

 

6.  Applicable Law.  New York Law shall be applied to interpret and enforce these Service Terms and Conditions (other than principles of conflicts).
